"Crego is unique in as much as they don't use samples. This allows each song to be composed resulting in a more finished melodic song.
Many of the sounds are created to sound like they are sampled and this keeps it rooted in the tradition of triphop, lofi, and downtempo.
Each song is designed to take you on a different journey. A small little rabbit hole if you will. With repeated listenings, the rabbit holes just get deeper and deeper.
